Consent Information

By accepting the following terms and conditions, you consent to SME Money Market Pty Ltd ACN 39 686 033 081 (“SME Money”) and its related companies and permitted assigns (“we”, “us”) collecting, using, disclosing, and storing your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (as updated from time to time). Where there is any inconsistency, the Privacy Policy prevails over this Privacy Consent.

If you provide personal information about another person, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and to allow us to use, disclose, and store their information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect information such as your name, address, date of birth, financial details, transaction history and other relevant personal information. Some of this information may be collected in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering laws. If you choose not to provide certain information, we may be unable to provide some or all of our products or services.

Direct marketing and product enhancements;
Disclosing to service providers, credit reporting bodies, guarantors, agents, and overseas recipients, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Your Consent Includes:

Credit Information: We may collect and use credit information to assess applications and offers.
Landlord Information: We may seek confirmation of your rental history.
Credit Reports: We may obtain reports from credit reporting bodies to assess your application and for identity verification.
Identity Verification: We may use third-party verification providers.
Reporting: We may report your credit information to credit reporting bodies.
Bank Statements: You consent to third-party service providers accessing up to 12 months of your banking history, and on an ongoing basis, to assist in assessing your application and during the life of the credit product.
Introducer Access: We may disclose relevant account information to any party that introduced you to us.

Electronic Communication Consent
You agree to receive all documentation and notices electronically via email, SMS, push notifications, or via our secure portal.

This includes but is not limited to:

Credit contracts and related disclosures;
Notices under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act;
Statements of account.

You must regularly check your nominated email and online account. You may withdraw this consent at any time, although it may impact the services we can provide.

User Authorisation
You must keep your login credentials private. Sharing your login details is not advised and you are responsible for all activity under your account.
